  • 10 Days FREE Return Shipping Fee Protection 
    •   10 days FREE return if the item is defective upon delivery.  We will pay the customer the return shipping fee and send a new replacement or a full refund
  • Missing Parcel Protection 
    • If there is any missing parcel during delivery, we will send a new replacement parcel immediately after receiving missing parcel confirmation from GDex, Best Express, or Poslaju. 
  • Dispatched within 48 hours 
    • We are practicing the same day or the next working day  (Excluded Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays). Most of our customers will receive the item within the next 1 to 3 working days. 
    • A shipping notification with tracking number will be sent to your email address after dispatched
