Product Delivery Guarantee:  

• In the rare situation, where there are physical damages to the main unit due to delivery issues, we will provide one to exchange with following terms and conditions. 
  • Please email to sales@evogadgets.com with the following information within 3 days after received the item 
    • Photos of the outer box if you encounter any damages on the carton box 
    • Photos or videos of the physical damages on the robot vacuum cleaner 
  • After receiving our email confirmation, please return in a complete set with original packaging, boxes, accessories, and free gifts.  
  • We will resend a new unit to you once received the item. 
• NOTE:  As we mentioned, it is in the rare situation where there are physical damages to due delivery. This is because, All iCLEBO products are pack using industrial standard packaging (Inner and outer box) that are proven friendly for courier delivery. 

Product Warranty:  

• We provide 1-year product warranty inclusive of  Main Unit, Charging Station, and Battery. 
• On the other hand, We are not providing 1-year warranty for accessories (remote control, Side Brush, Power Adapter, Mop Plate, Sterilization Filter, Area Boundary Tape, AAA Battery, and Ultra Microfiber Wet Mop and Main Brush).
• We will bear the repair shipping cost within a year with following conditions: 
  • Please keep all the packaging box (inner and outer box). You must ship the item using the original iCLEBO carton box to ship to our company (We will arrange reverse pickup from your house/office address) 
  • Please email to us at sales@evogagets.com for any warranty request. 
  • The 1-year warranty considered void if the customer failed to send the item using the original box (outer carton box and inner product box).
