Return Policy

You may return a product for a refund (if due to EvoGadgets error) within 5 working days after you received the product.

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged (You need to make the return within 5 working days after you received the product)

We’re sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.

We will be responsible for return shipping costs under this type of return.

 

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind (You need to make the return within 5 working days after you received the product)

We will refund you for your purchase (minus RM8 processing fee), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in “as new” condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs under this type of return.

When your return is received in good condition, you will be issued a refund to your bank account/credit card within 5 working days. Some products may be also be assessed a 20% restocking fee – please ask if you are unsure.

To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA or Return ID) from us.

  1. Login to your EvoGadgets account, at the footer, Customer Service, click on Returns.
  2. Please fill in the Product Returns page accordingly.
  3. After submitting your RMA request, our support team will follow up with you for the shipment arrangement or any other necessary support.

Warranty 

The warranty period of the Product:

All product's warranty periods vary according to their individual warranty terms and conditions. It is defined on the EvoGadgets’ websites, on the original sales receipt, or on the warranty card.

Statutory Guarantees 

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Malaysian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

  1. General

    EvoGadgets warrants to the original purchaser of the product (“you”) that the product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period from the date of purchase; provided the product is not used other than for the purpose, or in a manner not within the scope of the recommendations and limitations, specified by EvoGadgets, is new and not damaged at the time of purchase, has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect or damage, has not been modified or repaired without the approval of EvoGadgets.

     
  2. Warranty Cases

    2.1 If you wish to claim the Warranty within 1 month of receiving your product, you must, at your own expense, return the product, and provide proof of original purchase and your name, address, and telephone number.  EvoGadgets will assess any claim you may make on the Warranty in the above manner and if, in EvoGadgets's reasonable opinion, the Warranty applies, EvoGadgets will at its own option and expense replace the product with the same or similar product or repair the product and return it to you.  EvoGadgets will not accept refunds.  EvoGadgets will bear its own expenses of doing those things, and you must bear any other expenses of claiming on the Warranty.

    2.2 If you wish to claim the Warranty after the first month you received your product, you must, at your own expense, return the product, and provide proof of original purchase and your name, address, and telephone number. EvoGadgets will assess any claim you may make on the Warranty in the above manner and if, in EvoGadgets's reasonable opinion, the Warranty applies, EvoGadgets will at its own option and expense replace the product with the same or similar product or repair the product. You must at your own expense return the product to you. EvoGadgets will not accept refunds. EvoGadgets will bear its own expenses of doing product maintenance, and you must bear any other expenses of claiming on the Warranty.

     
  3. Out-of-Warranty cases

    Returning the Product to the EvoGadgets during the warranty period does not automatically mean that it will be repaired free of charge. Upon receiving the Product, EvoGadgets reserves the right to check the validity of Your Warranty and Your request for Warranty service.

    If Your service request is found to be out of Warranty, a Service Charge List with an offer for repair will be provided to You. You have the right to accept or reject the repair offer. If You accepted the repair labor, spare parts, and other costs stated in the Service Charge List. You must pay the invoice within 4 weeks of the date of issue of the invoice.

    In the event that You rejected the repair although it was reasonably identifiable for You at the time You returned the Product to the EvoGadgets that Your service is out of Warranty, we reserve the right to invoice You with the Handling and storage costs.

    The Product will only be returned after receiving the full amount of the invoiced from You. If You do not pay the invoice by the due date, and the invoice amounts exceed the remaining value of the Product, You agree to transfer the ownership of the Product to EvoGadgets in order to settle the invoice.

     
  4. International Warranty and Support

    This Warranty applies in the country of purchase. If service is needed in other than the country of purchase:
    • Service procedures may vary by country
    • Some services and/or spare parts may not be available in all countries
    • Some countries may have fees restrictions that apply at the time of service
    • Certain countries may require additional documentation, such as proof of purchase or proof of proper importation, prior to performing International Warranty and Support
