Return Policy
You may return a product for a refund (if due to EvoGadgets’ error) within 5 working days after receiving the product.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, you need to return it within 5 working days after receiving the product. We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable. We will be responsible for return shipping costs under this type of return.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, you need to return it within 5 working days after receiving the product. We will refund you for your purchase (minus an RM8 processing fee), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable. The purchase must be in “as new” condition, and the product must not be noted as a clearance, close-out, or non-returnable item. You will be responsible for return shipping costs under this type of return.
When your return is received in good condition, you will be issued a refund to your bank account or credit card within 5 working days. Some products may also be assessed a 20% restocking fee – please ask if you are unsure.
How to Make a Return

To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA or Return ID) from us.
- Log in to your EvoGadgets account, go to the footer under Customer Service, and click on Returns.
- Fill in the Product Returns page accordingly.
- After submitting your RMA request, our support team will follow up with you for shipment arrangements or any other necessary support.
Warranty
The warranty period of the product varies according to individual warranty terms and conditions. It is defined on the EvoGadgets website, on the original sales receipt, or on the warranty card.
Statutory Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Malaysian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
General Warranty
EvoGadgets warrants to the original purchaser of the product (“you”) that the product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period from the date of purchase. The product must be used for its intended purpose, must not have been abused, misused, neglected, or damaged, and must not have been modified or repaired without the approval of EvoGadgets.
Warranty Cases
- If you wish to claim the Warranty within 1 month of receiving your product, you must, at your own expense, return the product and provide proof of original purchase, along with your name, address, and telephone number. EvoGadgets will assess any claim on the Warranty and if it applies, will replace or repair the product at its own option and expense. EvoGadgets will bear its own expenses for these actions, and you must bear any other expenses of claiming the Warranty.
- If you wish to claim the Warranty after the first month of receiving your product, you must, at your own expense, return the product and provide proof of original purchase, along with your name, address, and telephone number. EvoGadgets will assess any claim on the Warranty and if it applies, will replace or repair the product at its own option and expense. You must bear any expenses of returning the product. EvoGadgets will not accept refunds and will bear its own expenses for product maintenance.
Out-of-Warranty Cases
Returning the product to EvoGadgets during the warranty period does not automatically mean it will be repaired free of charge. Upon receiving the product, EvoGadgets reserves the right to check the validity of your Warranty and your request for Warranty service.
If your service request is found to be out of Warranty, a Service Charge List with an offer for repair will be provided to you. You have the right to accept or reject the repair offer. If you accept the repair, you must pay the invoice within 4 weeks of the invoice date.
If you reject the repair although it was reasonably identifiable at the time you returned the product that your service is out of Warranty, we reserve the right to invoice you for handling and storage costs.
The product will only be returned after receiving the full invoice amount from you. If you do not pay the invoice by the due date and the invoice amounts exceed the remaining value of the product, you agree to transfer the ownership of the product to EvoGadgets to settle the invoice.
International Warranty and Support
This Warranty applies in the country of purchase. If service is needed in a country other than the country of purchase:
- Service procedures may vary by country.
- Some services and/or spare parts may not be available in all countries.
- Some countries may have fees and restrictions that apply at the time of service.
- Certain countries may require additional documentation, such as proof of purchase or proof of proper importation, before performing International Warranty and Support.
